Bolton Manbassadors - Mindful Men Sessions - 4th September

Good Evening;

Are you, (or do you know) a man 18+ looking to Take Charge of your metal well-being and want make a positive change to your life.

Our friends at Bolton Manbassadors are running a Free introductory session from 7pm - 9pm at Tonge UCAN Thursday 4th September 2025.  Tonge UCAN is close to several bus-stops and on street parking is also available in the are of the UCAN Centre.

There will be further different themed sessions around mindfulness planned for the first Thursday of each month at Tonge UCAN
